A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI~CHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL HAP NUMBER 10366
(TENTATIVE PARCEL HAP NO. 10366)
hqlERFAS, Tentative Parcel Hap Number 10366 submitted by Sterling
Kincaid and consisting of 3 parcels, located on Ninth Street, east of Hellmau
Avenue was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Hap Number 10366 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shorn on said Tentative Parcel Hap; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have nov been met.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City. of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Hap Number 10366 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
