A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORI~IA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT PROM JON AND LAURIE
DIETZ, FOR 7908 SIERRA VISTA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Installation of off-site improvements established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit for 7908 Sierra Vista
(APN 207-082-30), has been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement by Jori and Laurie Dietz.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sisn
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
