A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT EXTENSION
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACTS 12590-2 AND
12319 (BRIDGES)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamouga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on December 22, 198~, by Levis Homes of California as developer, for
the construction of two bridges over l~er Creek Channel specifically described
therein, and generally located in Terra Vista Planned Community; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tracts 12590-2 and 12319; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Hayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
