A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEV~.OPMENT REVIEW NO. 84-12
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on
November 24, 1986, by Patscheck/Rackbarth Development Company as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at the northeast corner
of Arro~ Highway and Etivanda Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Rev ie~ No. 84-12; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1987.
