A RES(N~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Ri~qCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 11853 AND RI~EA~ING THE
IMPROVEMENT AGREEHENT AND SECURITY APPROVED OCTOBER 16,
1 985
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
December 19, 1986, by Roy g. Daly Construction Corporation as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at the northeast corner
of 19th Street and Ramona Avenue; and
WHEREAS this agreement and security replaces the Improvement
A~reement and Improvement Security approved by City Council on October 16,
1985, and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Tract 11853; and
WHEHEAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, TttEREFORE, BE IT HES(LVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Iiayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to release the Improvement Agreement and Improvement Security
approved on October 16, 1985.
