A RES~.UTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TRE l~gLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACT NO. 12320 AND AUTEORIZING T~E FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WOILK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract No. 12320
h~ve been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFOEE, be it resolved, Chat the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized Co sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Eecorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7Ch day of January, 1987.
