AGREEMENT FOR PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES AND

DELEUW, CATHER AND COMPANY ENCINEERS AND PLANNERS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE MILLIKEN AVENUE UNI~RPASS OF THE

professional consultan~ Plans, Specifications and Engineers' Estimates for the
construction of a railr~d ~rade se~ra~ion or undercrosning of Milliken Avenue
wi~h ~he Atchison, Tope~ 6 Santa Fe ~ilway; and
WH~E~, ~le~, CaChet and C~pany, Engineers and Planners
displayins particular expertise in such workinss and desires Co perform such
workinss for ~he City of ~ncho Cucamonsa for a ~ee.

Planners of San Francisco, California ~o per[o~ Preliminary ~nsineerinS ~o
prepare E~iro~en~al ~ses~encs and ~si~ EniineerinS per ~he Professio~l
Se~ices ~re~en~ for a fee of $203,000.00 ~o be paid fr~ ~he Sys~s
~elo~ent Fund.
BE IT ~SO RES~VED, by ~he City Council of ~he City of ~ncho
Cucamonsa ~o au~en~ or adjus~ ~he projec~ budse~ for said projec~ by
