A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENVIRO~HENTAL INITIAL
STUDY AND ISSUANCE OF A CATECORICAL EXEMPTION FOR THE
PROPOSED BERYL STREET WIDENING BETWEEN LEMON AVENUE AND
MANDARXN COURT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has
reviewed all available input concerning the proposed Beryl Street Widenin$
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, said improvements require an Environmental Assessment; and
WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Initial Study has been prepared
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RES(LVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonsa does hereby resolve as
SECTION 1: The City Council of Rancho Cucamonsa hereby approves the
Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuances of a Catesor[cal Exemption
for the proposed Beryl Street Widenin$.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Exemption
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1987.
