Residential District,Edwande Specific Plan(South Overlay),located about 525 feet
east of Etiwande Avenue at the north side of Arrow Route;APN° 02 -041-09.
Related file: Development Review DRC2012 01202. Staff has prepared a
Mitigated Negative Declaration of environmental impacts for consideration.
