A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION AND SIGNING OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.
021 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT NO. 08-5420 FOR
EMERGENCY REPAIR WORK DUE TO STORM 93-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga (hereinafter referred
to as "Local Agency"), has for its consideration and execution, the Program Supplement No. 021
to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 08-5420 for the emergency repair work at various locations
within Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Transportation, (hereinafter
referred to as "State") processes and monitors Federally funded projects; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to payment of federal funds for said projects, the Local
Agency shall approve and execute said Program Supplement No. 021;
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Authorize the execution of Supplement No. 021 to Local
Agency - State Agreement No. 08-5420 for emergency repair
work at various locations due to storm 93-1 in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino County.
To authorize the City Manager to sign said Supplement and
direct the City Clerk to attach a certified copy of this
Resolution, as well as type in the Resolution number and
date in the blank of the third block of said Supplement and
for the return of the original copies of said Supplement to the
State of California Department of Transportation along with
the certified copy of this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Local Agency
shall also comply with the "Special Covenants or Remarks" attached to said supplement.
