A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
FROM ARCHIBALD ASSOCIATES, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 85-194 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement from Archibald
Associates, a California Limited Partnership; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on July 16, 1985 as Document
No. 85-169755; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
from Tract 12532 Lots 1-111 (see attached Exhibit "A") and that the City Clerk shall cause Release
of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1997.

that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved and adopted by the City Council of the
