A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF A PORTION OF THE AREA IV MASTER
PLANNED STORM DRAIN FACILITY WITHIN ARCHIBALD
AVENUE FROM DEER CREEK CHANNEL TO FERON
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on June 4, 1997
approved a Reimbursement Agreement, for installation of a portion of master planned storm drain
within Archibald Avenue, between the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency and the City;
and
WHEREAS, staff has corrected inaccuracies discovered in the agreement and
provided an itemized cost estimate; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an amended Reimbursement Agreement submitted by the Rancho Cucamonga
Redevelopment Agency, for the installation of a portion of Area IV Master Planned Storm Drain
from Deer Creek Channel to Feron Boulevard within Archibald Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Amended Reimbursement
Agreement presented by the Engineering Division of the Community Development Department be
and the same is hereby approved and the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign said Amended
Reimbursement Agreement on behalf of the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency and the
Secretary to attest hereto.
