A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT MAP 14407, LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BASE LINE ROAD AND MOUNTAIN
VIEW DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements for Tract Map 14407, located on the
southwest corner of Base Line Road and Mountain View Drive, have been completed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and,
complete;
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1997.
