A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR DR 89-09, LOCATED ON PULLMAN
COURT, SOUTH OF ARROW ROUTE AND EAST OF UTICA, AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements for DR 89-09, located on Pullman Court,
south of Arrow Route and east of Utica, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and,
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1997.
