A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR HERMOSA AVENUE PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION, LOCATED FROM FOURTH STREET TO SIXTH
STREET, NORTH OF SHARON CIRCLE TO EIGHTH STREET,
SOUTH OF DEVON STREET TO FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements for Hermosa Avenue Pavement
Rehabilitation, located From Fourth Street to Sixth Street, north of Sharon Circle to Eighth Street,
south of Devon Street to Foothill Boulevard, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and,
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
