A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 14972
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 14972, submitted by Mr. Peter Bowman and
consisting of 2 parcels located on the east side of Utica Avenue, north of Jersey Boulevard, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on November 13, 1996,
and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted
pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 14972 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Parcel Map No. 14972 is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.

that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 19th
day of March, 1997.
