A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A LIEN
AGREEMENT WITH FOOTHILL COMMUNITIES CHURCH OF
NAZARENE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 86-142 accepting a Lien Agreement with Foothill Communities Church of Nazarene; and
WHEREAS, said Lien Agreement was recorded in Official Records of San
Bernardino County, California, on June 9, 1986 as Document No. 86-108004; and
WHEREAS, said Lien Agreement is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release
of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 1997.

City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 19th
