A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR
CONTRACT NO. CO 96-016, THE NINTH STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, LOCATED BETWEEN GROVE
AVENUE AND EDWIN STREET, AS COMPLETE AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Contract No. 96-016, have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and the City
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1997.
