A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
WITH LESTER A. AND REBECCA A. DAVIES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 86-30, accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement with Lester A.
and Rebecca A. Davies
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on April 25, 1986, as Document
No. 86-108004; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer required.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA does hereby resolve and release said Real Property Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1996.
