A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR 6TH STREET MEDIAN LANDSCAPE
BETWEEN MILLIKEN AVENUE AND CLEVELAND AVENUE AND
ENTRY MONUMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
MILLIKEN AVENUE AND 4TH STREET (EMPIRE LAKES GOLF
COURSE AND PARCEL MAP 14647) AND AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for 6th Street Median
Landscape Between Milliken Avenue and Cleveland Avenue and Entry Monument at the Northwest
Corner of Milliken Avenue and 4th Street (Empire Lakes Golf Course and Parcel Map 14647) have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, 1996.
