A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 14806
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 14806, submitted by Western Development
Company and consisting of 8 parcels located on the north side of Foothill Boulevard between
Spruce and Elm Avenues, being a division of 25 acres, was approved by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on August 23, 1995, and is in compliance with the State
Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 14806 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, as follows:
1. That the Final Map be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the
certificate thereon on behalf of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 14806 be and the same is hereby approved and the
City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
