A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND
EXECUTING THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA AND SAN BERNARDINO
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (SANBAG) FOR THE
FUNDING OF THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND CONTRACT
ADMINISTRATION FOR THE HAVEN AVENUE STREET AND
STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FROM DEER CREEK
CHANNEL TO BASE LINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, has for its
consideration and execution, the Cooperative Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga
and SAN BAG for the design, construction, and contract administration of the Haven Avenue Street
and Storm Drain Improvement Project from Deer Creek Channel to Base Line Road; and
WHEREAS, SAN BAG processes and monitors Measure I funded projects; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to payment of Measure I funds for said project, the City
of Rancho Cucamonga shall approve and execute said Cooperative Agreement (Contract No. CO
96-O26);
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Authorize the execution of Contract No. CO 96-026, Cooperative Agreement
between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and SAN BAG for the design,
construction, and contract administration of Haven Avenue from Deer Creek
Channel to Base Line Road in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino
County.
To authorize the Mayor to sign said agreement and direct the City Clerk to
attach a certified copy of this Resolution, as well as type in the Resolution
number and date in the blank of the third block of said supplement and for the
return of the original copies of said supplement to SAN BAG along with the
certified copy of this Resolution.
