A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
FROM THOMAS AARON GIFFORD AND JODI ANN GIFFORD
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Planner of the City of Rancho Cucamonga approved DR 95-08
in a letter dated May 1, 1995, which establishes requirement for the installation of public
improvement in conjunction with building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of frontage improvements established as prerequisites to
issuance of building permit for DR 95-08 have been met by entry into a Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement by Thomas Aaron Gifford and Jodi Ann Gifford.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES and does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same,
and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
