A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY FOR THE
FOURTH STREET IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 108 WITHIN THE CITY OF
ONTARIO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement submitted by Vance Corporation, Contractor, for the
improvements along Fourth Street between Milliken Avenue and Buffalo Avenue within the City of
Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
the real property within the City Ontario, associated with Assessment District No. 108, generally
located at the southeast corner of Milliken Avenue and Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, the Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest
thereto.
