A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRUST
FUND AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 14139, KNOWN AS RIDGEVIEW
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Trust Fund Agreement for Tract 14139, known as Ridgeview, submitted by Centex
Real Estate Corporation, a Nevada corporation, Developer, for a fund for use by Ridgeview
homebuyers for the purchase of an interim flood insurance policy if required by a lender as a
condition of financing for a Ridgeview Home prior to FEMA final approval of the Letter of Map
Revision, for the property generally located at the northwest corner of Etiwanda Avenue and Wilson
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted the Trust Fund Agreement as part of the
conditions for issuance of certificates of occupancy for Tract 14139, known as Ridgeview.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Trust Fund Agreement be hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Trust Fund Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1996.
