A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP
NUMBER 15707
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map No. 15707, submitted by Mr. Ralph Rittenhouse,
and consisting of one lot located on the north side of Base Line Road, west of Alta Cuesta Drive,
was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, on November 8,
1995, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28
adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Tract Map No. 15707 is the final map of the division of land approved
as shown on said Tentative Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by Mr. Ralph Rittenhouse as
developer; and
WHEREAS, said Developer submits for approval said Tract Map offering for
dedication, all rights of vehicular ingress and egress, as delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said offers for dedication and the final map delineating
the same for said Tract Map No. 15707 is hereby approved and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to sign said map to attest; and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
