A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 14789 FOR REVERSION TO ACREAGE AND
RELEASING THE IMPROVEMENTAGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR
TRACT 13114 PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BY CITY COUNCIL ON
MAY 15, 1991
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 14789 for reversion to acreage,
submitted by Bayoun Corporation and consisting of 1 parcel, located on the southeast corner of
Vineyard Avenue and Calle del Prado, was approved by the Planning Commission on May 24,
1995, and is in compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and Local Ordinance No. 28
adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 14789 is the final map for reversion to acreage of the
division of land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities and
Monumentation Cash Deposit for Tract 13114 are no longer necessary; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES that (1) the previously accepted Improvement Agreement,
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit for Tract 13114 from Bayoun
Corporation are released and (2) said Parcel Map Number 14789 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed
for record.
