A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
CALAVERAS AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
LOCATED FROM ARROW ROUTE TO NINTH STREET,
CONTRACT NO. CO 95-026, AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF
A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Calaveras Avenue Street
Improvement Project, Contract No. CO 95-026, have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and the city
Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1995.
