A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR ROCHESTER AVENUE-RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HIGH SCHOOL MITIGATION PROGRAM FOR
LANDSCAPING THE ROCHESTER AVENUE EAST SIDE
PARKWAY (LMD NO. 2), FROM VICTORIA PARK LANE TO
HIGHLAND AVENUE PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Rochester Avenue-Rancho
Cucamnga High School Mitigation Program for Landscaping the Rochester Avenue East Side
Parkway (LMD No. 2), from Victoria Park Lane to Highland Avenue Project has been completed
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1995.
