A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND SECURITY FOR THE
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 94-30
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement submitted by McDonald's Corporation, Developer, for
the improvements within the City of Rancho Cucamonga public right-of-way, generally located on
the southeast corner of Base Line Road and Carnelian Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property as referred to Planning Commission, Conditional Use Permit No. 94-30; and
WHEREAS, the Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and
Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest
thereto.
