A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 14238
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 14238, submitted by Mr. Laszlo Vass,
Subdivider, and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the east side of Hellman Avenue, South of 19th
Street, was approved by the Planning Commission on January 13, 1993, as provided in the State
Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City;
and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 14238 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, said subdivider has met the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the Final Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That the Final Map be approved and the City Clerk is authorized to
execute the certificate thereon behalf of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 14238 be and the same is hereby approved
and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1995.
