A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE FIVE-
YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND TWENTY-YEAR
TRANSPORTATION PLAN FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF
MEASURE "1" FUNDS
WHEREAS, San Bernardino County voters approved passage of measure "1" in
November, 1989 authorizing San Bernardino Associated Governments, acting as the San
Bernardino County Transportation Authority, to impose a one-half of one percent retail transactions
and use tax applicable in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of the County of San
Bernardino; and,
WHEREAS, revenue from the tax can only be used for transportation improvement
and traffic management programs authorized in the Expenditure Plan set forth in Ordinance No.
89-1 of Authority; and,
WHEREAS, Expenditure plans of the Ordinance requires each local jurisdiction
receiving revenue from the tax to expend those funds pursuant to a Five-Year Capital Improvement
Program and Twenty-Year Plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, State of California, hereby adopts the Measure "1" Five-Year Capital Improvement
Program and Twenty-Year Transportation Plan, a copy of which is attached to this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1995.

20 YEAR LOCAl'. MEASURE I TRANSPORTATION PLAN
The 20 Year Local Measure I Transportation Plan for the expenditure of Measure I funds will use
the City's General Plan Circulation Element as a base. It is anticipated that the funds will be
allocated in the following manner:
