A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY
PATROL, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT IN TRAINING PROGRAMS ADMINISTERED BY
THE DEPARTMENT OF THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol requires
written training agreements from any agency participating in their training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires from
time to time to participate in certain training programs sponsored and administered by the
Department of California Highway Patrol.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cuamonga that the City Manager or Designee is hereby authorized and directed to sign such
training agreements with the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1995.
