A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES
AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT FOR TRACT 12462
AND RELEASING THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENTS,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH
DEPOSIT PREVIOUSLY ACCEPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
ON NOVEMBER 15, 1989
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, did
consider the Improvement Agreements, related Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash
Deposit submitted by Lauren Development, Inc., as Developer, for the improvement of public right-
of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and generally located on the south
side of Summit Avenue between Etiwanda and East Avenues and release of the previously approved
Improvement Agreements, Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit from First
Family Homes.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreements are secured and accompanied by good
and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES, that (1) said Improvement Agreements,
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by Lauren Development Inc.,
are hereby approved, (2) the previously approved Improvement Agreements, Improvement Securities
and Monumentation Cash Deposit from First Family Homes are released and (3) the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement Agreements on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and
the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1 st day of March, 1995.
