A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 13565-1, 13565-3,
13565-4, WARDMAN BULLOCK STREET AND THE
WARDMAN BULLOCK FLOODWALL AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPI.ETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13565-1, 13565-3,
13565-4, Wardman Bullock Street and the Wardman Bullock Floodwall have been competed to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby acceptod and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1995.
