A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN
AGREEMENT FROM PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 4773
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 81-72 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on June 3, 1981, as Document
No. 81-121876; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer needed due
to the deletion of the requirement to install the improvements by the Planning Commission on
December 14, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement and
that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County, California.
