A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR ROCHESTER AVENUE AND
BANYAN STREET STREET IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED
NORTH OF HIGHLAND AVENUE AND LMD-6 LANDSCAPE
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Rochester Avenue and
Banyan Street Street Improvements, located north of Highland Avenue and LMD-6 Landscape
Improvements Project has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
complete.
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
