A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FROM AMERON,
INCORPORATED, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Ameron, Incorporated, desires to develop a portion of certain real property in
the City of Rancho Cucamonga as shown on the conditionally approved project known as
Development Review 94-16; and
WHEREAS, the City has established certain requirements to be met by said Developer as
prerequisite to approval of said DR 94-16, including installation of a master plan storm drain in
Etiwanda Avenue and frontage street improvements on the west side of Etiwanda Avenue south of
Arrow Route; and
WHEREAS, Ameron, Incorporated, has agreed to complete the required improvements for
DR 94-16 in accordance with the agreement submitted herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, does accept the proposed Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1994.
