A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES FOR CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT 94-03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on November 2, 1994, by Ryder Truck Rental,
Inc., as developer, for the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at 9366 Santa Anita Avenue, north of 4th
Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement
Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of
said real property as referred to as CLIP 94-03; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and
sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY of RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA hereby resolves as follows:
That Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute same on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Securities are accepted as good and sufficient, subject to
approval as to form and content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1994.
