A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE IMPROVEMENT
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT
REVIEW NO. 94-04
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, has for its
consideration an Improvement Agreement, by Prairie Pacific Investments/North Town Housing
Partners, as developer, for the improvements of public right-of-way, generally located on the south
side ofFeron Boulevard west of Old Town Park and Main Street cul-de-sac at Ramona Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said Improvement Agreement
and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in conjunction with the development of said real
property as referred to Planning Commission, Development Review No. 94-04; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by good and sufficient
Improvement Securities, which is identified in said Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement and said
Improvement Securities be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk
to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1994.
