A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEDICATION FROM SALVADOR OROZCO AND MARIA OROZCO, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has established requirements
for construction of road improvements in conjunction with the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue
to Edwin Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving and other related work,
located along the portion of the Orozco parcel, shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between
Grove Avenue and Edwin Street Project; and
WHEREAS, Salvador Orozco and Maria Orozco have agreed to dedicate a Road Easement
to the City for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY of RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA does accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1994.
