A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER OR
HIS DESIGNEE AS THE HEARING OFFICER FOR APPEALS RELATED TO
TAXICAB DRIVER PERMITS (RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 8.30.110)
WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted an ordinance pertaining to the issuance of taxicab
drivers permits which specifies appeal procedures for those individuals denied a permit; and
WHEREAS, the Taxicab Ordinance provides for the City Council to hear the appeals or for
the City Council to appoint a hearing officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY COUNCIL, of the CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager or his designee be the hearing officer for all appeals
involving Taxicab Driver permits.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 1994.
