~EAS, the oonstructio~ of public i~~ for Tract 14365
have been c~pleted to the satisfaction of the City Engi~_.r; and
WHEREAS, a Notioe of C=mpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work c~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho
hereby resolves, that the wc~k is hereby accepted and the City ~ineer is
autho=ized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the Oounty ~eo~-der of
PASSED, AP~, and ADOPlOD this 5th day of October, 1994.
