A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (IX~CIL OF THE CITY OF ~

INS~T,T~ON OF PUBLIC ~ AND RI6~Z~-OF-WAY
D~DICATION FRC~ LUIS A. C~DA AND FRANCES G. C~DA, AND
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Pancho O~-~ga b~-~
established requirements for constructi~ of roa__d improv---~ents in oonjunctic~
with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avenue to ~win Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related w~rk, located along the Fxtion of the Oerda parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~win Street
Project; and
WHEREAS, Luis A. Cerda and Frances G. Cerda ba.~ agreed to dedicate a
Road F~-~=m~nt to the City for said Improvements.
NOW, THEREFrOm, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(/~0 ~,
Califox-nia does accept said Lmprov~-~ent A~3reement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and d~ects the City Clerk to record same in the
Offioe of the County Recorder of San Be~ County, California.
