R~EREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~amo~ga,
California, has for its consideration an In~ A~ by Lee and
Stires, Lncorpc~ated, as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-
way, generally located at the southeast corner of Arrow Route and Red Oak
Street in the General Industrial District (Subarea 8) of the ~ial Area
Specific Plan; and
WHerEAS, the installation of such i~-ts, described in said
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~,L.~ssion, Development R~view 93-20; and
good and sufficient Imp~ Security, which is identified in said

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOL~CIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(2X) ~,
RESOLVES as follc~s:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content thereof
by tb~ City Attox~ey.
