A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

D~DICATION FRC~ JO~SE OONIRERAS C~DZ~0 AND ROSA GARAY
O~DZO0 AND ~ZING THE MAYCR AND CITY ~.WRK TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Rancho O~am~nga has
es~ahlished r~quir~m~nt~ f~r construction of road i~ in conjunction
with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avenue to ~ Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the p~rtion of the Orozco parcel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~dwin Street
Project; and
WHEREAS, Jorge Contreras Oroz~o and Rosa Garay Orozoo have agreed to
dedicate a Road Easement to the City for said Imp~ts.
NC~, THerEFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~0 ~,
California does accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino Om~nty, California.
