MAYOR AND CITY _~.~RK TO SIGN THE SAME
WH~ZEAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amonga has
est~_blished requirements for construction of road ~ in oc~juncti~
with the Ninth Street frc~ Grove Avenue to ~dwin Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the installation of curb, gutte~, sidewalk, street paving
and other related work, located along the portion of the Brown paroel, shall
be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~k}win Street
Project; and
V~5~EAS, Michael D. Brown barn agreed to dedicate a Road F~.~=m~nt to
the City for said Improvements.
NC~, THEREFORE, THE CITY ODUNClL OF THE CITY OF ~ ~,
California does accept said Improvement A~3reement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernard/no County, California.
