WHEREAS, the construction of public i~ f~r the Hellman
Avenue and Ninth Street I~ Project has been completed to the
satisfactic~ of the City ~gineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is r~H~ed to be filed, certifying
the work cc~lete.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Oouncil of the city of Rancho O~_~monga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the city Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recu~--~ of
San Bernard/no County.
