September 7, 1994, by Lewis F~mes of Califcxnia as developer, for the

HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
~nat said Improvement Agreements be and the same are
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and tb~ City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and

That said Improvement Securities are accepted as
good and sufficient, subject to approval as to form
and content tbmreof by the City Attorney.
