SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, tb~ City Council of the City of Rancho O~amn~ga has
est_~bl~ requ/r~m~ts for ooDstructio~ of road i~ in co~junctic~
with the Ninth Street from Grove Avenue to ~dwin Street Project; and
· ~EREAS, the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, street paving
and other related wurk, located along the portion of the Martinez parcel,
shall be made a part of the Ninth Street between Grove Avenue and ~dwin Street
Project; and
WHEREAS, Francisco Martinez and Evangelina Martinez have agreed to
d_edicate a Road Fm.~mment to the City for said Improvements.

California does accept said Improvement Agreement, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to reooxd same in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
